The school was established in 2008 with the goal of training students to become talented individuals with the capacity for cooperation and the fundamental competence necessary for self-development. The institution was formed and developed on the foundation of an academic mindset closely linked to professional vocational practice, ensuring it always keeps pace with technological advancements and the trend of international integration.

In May 2024, the College became the property of Victoria Vocational Training Co., Ltd., with the objective of becoming a high-quality Vocational Education Institution in fields such as High-Tech, Aviation, Hospitality, Finance - Banking, and more. This aims to supply high-quality human resources to member companies of the Sovico Group, including Vietjet Air, HD Bank, the Furama Resorts Hotel Chain, Phu Long Real Estate JSC, Galaxy Digital Holdings Co., Ltd., and to society at large.

Recognizing its social responsibility towards the young generation, Khải Hoàn College of Aviation and Technology is always committed to quality training through the principle of "learning by doing" (theory goes hand-in-hand with practice). This is demonstrated through concrete actions such as continuously building and upgrading facilities. Practical equipment is synchronized with the devices used in businesses and hospitals. The College also solidifies and develops its faculty and staff according to international standards to boost student connectivity with the global professional community through linkage programs with domestic and international enterprises.
